My hope is that when you sit down with me, you feel like you’re talking to a real human being who actually cares about you. I work to provide emotional safety, concepts, strategies and vocabulary that make sense to YOU.

EMOTIONALLY FOCUSED
Emotionally Focused Therapy is the term for the theory that I (mostly) follow. The way I personally like to describe it is this: A new way of talking that lets us name our feelings as a way to speak our purest most distilled authentic truths to each other. With feelings, we can cut through the “stuck” stuff, the intellectualizing, the negative cycle we can’t get out of, and reach true connection.
